Current Shambhala Class

Our current ongoing class related to the Shambhala teachings will be moving from Thursday evenings to Saturday mornings, beginning Saturday, October 10. We will be meeting from 10:30 AM Eastern Time to approximately 12:45 pm.  Current students, please check your emails for the zoom link and class assignments.
