Coming events and Classes
Typically, we do schedule all-day or half-day online practice sessions, one every month or 6 weeks. After a gap, we're getting back to that. Every class is preceded by 1/2 hour of mindfulness meditation.
Meditation instruction
...is scheduled individually. Introductory instruction is available for anyone and is scheduled individually or in small groups, free of charge. Please allow an hour and a half for discussion of the intention, technique, a little practice, and further discussion.
Friday afternoon (Eastern time) classes: 2:30 pm sitting, 3:05 approximately-4:45 pm ET class
Having finished our previous class on Trungpa Rinpoche's 1971 Abhidharma seminar, we have been focusing on Trungpa Rinpoche's mindfulness teachings. Within a couple of months, it's likely that we'll be on to the Shambhala teachings. It's likely that our Friday afternoon class will shift to Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
If there are requests for an evening class, an evening class may be scheduled. Individual tutoring is also available.
